Mohican State Park is about 90 minutes from Columbus and a fantastic place to visit because there is so much to do. You can canoe the Clear Fork River from the Dam on down through the end of the campgrounds for a nice 8 miles ride.
Personal Fitness is about 4 core components: physical health, mental health, social health and emotional health. A healthy person has balance physically, mentally, socially and emotionally and we will discuss where you are and how to improve your personal fitness. This is a 13 week course with 12 weeks of physical exercise managed and recorded to see how you improve.
