Personal Fitness is about 4 core components: physical health, mental health, social health and emotional health. A healthy person has balance physically, mentally, socially and emotionally and we will discuss where you are and how to improve your personal fitness. This is a 13 week course with 12 weeks of physical exercise managed and recorded to see how you improve.
A Scout is loyal to his or her family. One day, a Scout may have a family as well. Understanding the inner workings of a family, roles in the family, participating in family life and avoiding pitfalls in family life are essential skills for Scouts who want to have a happy family life. Join us as we discuss building a strong Family with the Family Life Merit Badge.
